Processing and Shipping

All orders will be sent within 5-7 business days of ordering. The shipping time you see at checkout is the time it takes to arrive at your address once the item has been shipped.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. 

Initiating a Return: 

• Contact our Customer Support at quiensoyshoppe@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our Customer Support.

Candle Care and Safety:

• Opt for a sturdy, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials. Avoid drafty areas where the candle's flame can dance wildly.
•  Trim your wicks to about a quarter of an inch before lighting. It not only prevents accidents but also helps your candle burn evenly.
• On the first burn, let your candle create a full "wax pool" across the top. It might take a couple of hours, but it ensures a clean, even burn in the future.
• Don't leave a burning candle unattended. Keep them out of reach of kids and pets, and never move a lit candle.
• Limit candle sessions to 4 hours max. This not only keeps your room smelling divine but also prevents overheating.
• Blowing out a candle isn't the fanciest exit. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish it gently. It prevents smoke and wax splatter.
